Ongoing high-touch MBRC sessions with Lauren include:

• An initial consultation* to identify your goals and blocks, assess your needs and choose a plan that is right for you
• Choose between a coaching plan or an enhanced / intensive plan that offers a combination of coaching – hypnotherapy – weekly follow-ups – daily check-ins to propel your personal, comprehensive transformation
• Sessions scheduled weekly (45-60 minutes) by phone, online
• In-person sessions / hypnotherapy run 60-90 minutes
• Personal mind-based recordings which are customized to reprogram the subconscious to ensure lasting change & ongoing self-support
• Accountability and high access support through unlimited email (M-F) plus more enhanced / intensive plans that accommodate weekly follow-up or daily check-ins

  • 6 coaching intensives…phone, online or in-person.
  • 6 hypnotherapy sessions (60-90 min in-person sessions)
